To request a return, please contact us at team@carehausco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases, and due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

 

Refunds will be processed once the goods are inspected and approved.

 

Care Haus reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy in each case.
